BabyLumina ships jewelry orders to customers in the United States only. All prices, shipping fees, taxes, and refunds are handled in U.S. dollars (USD).

Order Processing
Order review, preparation, and packing are included in the 7-15 business day delivery estimate. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET are reviewed on the next business day. If we need to confirm payment, address details, engraving text, or product availability, we will email you before preparing the order. The delivery estimate begins after the order information and payment are complete.
Tracking and Delivery
When your order ships, BabyLumina sends a tracking email to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan after the shipping label is created.
If your package has not arrived by the 15th business day after order confirmation, email hello@babylumina.com with your order number so we can review the shipment.
Address Changes and Incorrect Addresses
Email us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We can update the address only before the order is handed to the carrier. If an order is shipped to the address provided at checkout and that address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for any carrier return, reshipment, or replacement cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery scan. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or return instructions when the claim is approved.
Sales Tax
Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown during checkout before the order is placed.
